I had a BBL with liposuction from my hips, back, and flanks. Let me just tell you how incredibly amazing the surgical staff , the Anesthesiologist, and of course Dr Neaman were ! They all made me feel so comfortable and made everything go so smoothly! The Anesthesiologist was actually called in because the anesthesiologist that was scheduled to do my surgery had a family emergency and so my surgery was going to be cancelled if she had not agreed to come in! Such a great surgery center ! I am 4.5 weeks post-op and I am so impressed with my results ! Dr Neaman is amazing and so kind and personable ! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Neaman and his amazing medical team!!

I cannot even begin to tell you what an amazing experience I had with Neaman Plastic Surgery. From the consult to the post op appointments they exceeded my expectations. What Are the Different Types of Liposuction?

Liposuction techniques have evolved over time, giving surgeons multiple ways to remove fat safely and effectively. While the goal is the same, improving contour by removing stubborn fat, different methods may be used. Your surgeons will recommend the most appropriate technique based on your anatomy, treatment area, and desired results.

Tumescent Liposuction

This is the most commonly used form of liposuction. A large amount of medicated solution is injected into the areas being treated to help numb the tissue, reduce bleeding, and make fat easier to remove. This approach allows for smoother fat removal while minimizing discomfort and bruising.

Suction-Assisted Liposuction (SAL)

Suction-assisted liposuction is the traditional method that uses a cannula (a thin, hollow tube) connected to a vacuum device to gently remove fat from targeted areas.

Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL)

Power-assisted liposuction uses a cannula that moves in a rapid, controlled motion to help break up fat. This can make fat removal easier in denser areas and may allow for more precise contouring.

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DOES DR. NEAMAN HAVE?
Dr. Neaman has been a practicing surgeon since 2007 and has performed over 10,000 surgeries.

In most tummy tuck surgeries, a horizontal incision is made just above the pubic hairline. The amount of excess skin to be removed will dictate the length of the incision. The skin is dissected, and the excess fat is removed. The abdominal muscles are tightened, and the belly button will be re-positioned.
At six weeks, you’ll likely be fully healed from your liposuction procedure.
Absolutely, both Dr. Neaman and Dr. Christiansen are board-certified plastic surgeons. Dr. Neaman also has advanced certification in surgery of the hand.
